**Also offers therapy in Spanish!
I provide play-based therapy for children, working alongside parents on a shared journey toward healing, hope, and joy. Raising children is a rewarding yet challenging path, and it's never meant to be traveled alone. In my practice, I create a safe environment where I offer play-based therapy.
I also provide counseling for adult women, teens, and families as they navigate their own unique healing journeys, whether that be life transitions, exploring the past, emotional challenges, trauma, or something else.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I have worked with children ages 3 years to 14 years in various capacities for the last 8 years. Through church ministry leadership roles, peer support, and counseling. I have developed a deep love for walking with youth and their families through adversity by bringing hope and support. I received my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2024. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) working toward full licensure.

With Children:
In my practice, I create a safe environment where I offer play-based therapy. Play is the language children feel most comfortable with, allowing them to express themselves and heal in a way that is meaningful to them. Through this approach, I guide children and families toward growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we work collaboratively to nurture the inherent strengths within each child, helping them thrive with confidence and peace, grounded in hope and joy.
Through creative techniques like art, storytelling, and imaginative play, I provide a safe space for children to face challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Using evidence based approaches, I guide children in understanding their emotions and strengthening their communication skills. I also work collaboratively with parents, empowering them with the tools and support needed to help their children thrive.
With Women & Teens:
I also provide counseling for teenagers, women, and families as they navigate their own unique healing journeys. Whether you are facing anxiety, trauma, significant life transitions, or emotional challenges, my commitment is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and intentional care.
ABOUT ME
Over the years, I have developed a deep calling to support youth, women, and families through adversity. My hope is to partner with each child and family or individual to cultivate healing, resilience, and restoration.
As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive environment where children can find their voice and begin to heal. I am passionate about supporting and advocating for the Spanish-speaking community.
When I’m not working, I love to unwind by diving into a variety of hobbies that bring me joy and help me recharge. You’ll often find me going on long drives, exploring new places, and soaking in the beauty of nature. There’s something truly special about the peace that comes with it. I also enjoy knitting and crafting, which allow me to get creative and find mindful, relaxing moments. Above all, I treasure spending quality time with my husband, whether we're laughing together, sharing a quiet moment, or simply enjoying each other’s company.
