Take a Look Inside Our New Child Therapy Clinic in Issaquah

For the past several months, we've been quietly preparing something special in Issaquah. Today, we're excited to finally share it with you. Our new Child Therapy Clinic is officially open, and we'd love to invite you inside.

Every detail of this space was thoughtfully designed with children in mind—from the toys and books to the calming atmosphere and play therapy resources. Our hope is that families begin to experience safety, hope, and healing from the moment they walk through the door.

Take a quick video tour below to see inside our new Child Therapy Clinic in Issaquah:

Why We Opened in Issaquah

Over the years, we've heard from many Eastside families who were looking for child counseling closer to home. While we've long offered child therapy in Redmond and Snohomish, we wanted to make it easier for families in Issaquah, Sammamish, Newcastle, and the surrounding communities to access specialized care.

Our hope is that this new location provides a welcoming place where children can feel safe, parents feel supported, and families experience meaningful growth together.

Partnering with The Fleming School of Music

One of the things we love most about this new location is that it's housed inside the beautiful historic Fleming School of Music.

For more than 50 years, the Fleming School has been helping children & families learn to love music.  We’re so encouraged by how they also share a heart for helping children flourish.

We feel incredibly grateful to share this space with a community that has been investing in children for generations. It felt like a natural home for a child therapy clinic.

Common Reasons Families Seek Child Therapy

Families seek child counseling for concerns such as:

  • Anxiety

  • OCD

  • Big emotions

  • Emotional regulation

  • School struggles

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions

  • Divorce

  • Trauma

  • Social difficulties

  • Self-esteem

  • Family conflict

What is Play Therapy

Unlike adults, children often communicate through play more naturally than words. Through play therapy, children can safely express emotions, process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in ways that match their stage of development. Parents are also an important part of the process, and we work alongside families to help growth continue beyond the therapy room.
