I provide play based therapy for children and adolescents. After 10 years of working with children and their parents, I know that growing up in our broken world is getting harder and more complicated. Raising children is never an easy undertaking and it is even harder to do alone. That is why it is my joy and honor to partner with parents and children on their journey toward healing. In my practice, I provide therapy using the language which comes most naturally to your child: play! The road to healing is difficult but we know from the abundance of research on the efficacy of play therapy, that it does not need to be boring.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

I have worked with children ages 3 months to 14 years in various capacities for the last 12 years. Through ministry, caretaking, and teaching I have developed a deep love for walking with children and their families through difficulties.

I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University in 2024. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) working toward full licensure.

I’m so excited to be working at our new Child Therapy location in downtown Snohomish!

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and rascally dog. I am a proud auntie and I go on adventures with the kiddos every chance I get. I also love video games, rock climbing, hiking, live music, and crafting!
