As a counselor and follower of Jesus, I believe we were created as integrated beings—body, mind, and spirit—and that healing happens when we care for the whole person.
My approach begins with creating a sense of relational safety—a space where you can feel seen, known, and free to be honest about your experience. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic models with a trauma-informed understanding of the nervous system, attachment, and the ways our experiences shape us.
For clients who desire their faith to be part of their healing journey, I thoughtfully incorporate biblical wisdom and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, trusting that Christ meets us most tenderly in our places of need. My hope is to help connect what you know to be true about God with how you experience His presence in the midst of your real, lived struggles.
It is a privilege to walk alongside clients through even the messiest parts of their journeys.
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents ages 13 and older.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I received my Masters in Social Work at University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to that, I received my BA in Social Work through a combination of time at the University of Arkansas and University of Texas at Arlington. I am a Licensed Social Worker Associate– Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) in Washington state.
My training is grounded in current psychological research and evidence-based therapeutic models, with Lifespan Integration serving as one of the primary frameworks for trauma related work. This gentle, body-based approach aims to help foster emotional regulation, strengthen a secure sense of self, heal the effects of trauma, and repair attachment wounds.

ABOUT ME
I’m married to my favorite person (Reece), and together we are raising three incredible children. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking and exploring the PNW with my family, reading to my kids, exercising, gardening, and learning all about the intersection of neuroscience and faith. We are deeply involved in our local church, where my husband serves as the lead pastor.
